Admissions at Artemisia college degree courses are through the ACAD Entrance TEST or through Portfolio Submission followed by a Personal Interview. Students are not required to give entrance exam for Certificate & Diploma Courses. Admission is competitive as there are limited number of seats in each field of design –

  • B.Design Animation – 80 seats
  • B.Design Game Design -80 seats
  • B.Design Fashion Design – 40 seats
  • B.Design Interior Design – 50 seats
  • BFA Painting – 30 Seats
  • All Certificate/Diploma Courses – 10 Seats per course

ACAD Admission test is common for all UG Courses (B.Design & BFA Degrees). Students must select their field of interest while filling the online admission form.

Procedure

We only offer admission to students who have the design aptitude required to progress in their field.

Complete the online entrance exam form and pay the Admission Test Fee of Rs. 1000/- online to give the ACAD Entrance Exam.

OR

Students can apply for early admission by submitting their creative work (portfolio). Their work will be evaluated upon submission. If approved, the student will not have to give the ACAD Entrance Test & will be granted admission after personal interview. If the student’s work is not approved, he/she can still sit for the ACAD Entrance Test. Students can upload their portfolio & apply for early admission by clicking here.

Exam/Portfolio Evaluation

Our review process has put us in the list of top design colleges in India.
Upon receiving the entrance exam form the college will contact you with a receipt of payment within 2-3 working days. You will also be provided via email a username & password to login to the test portal 2 days before the test. The test will be conducted on the portal under strict camera surveillance on the exam date selected in the admission form. Your entrance exam performance evaluation will be completed in next 5 working days. Based on test performance you shall be intimated whether you have cleared the Entrance Test via email. Upon clearing the Entrance Exam, your personal interview will be conducted within the next 5 working days.

OR

Upon receiving the early admission form the college will contact you with a receipt of payment within 2-3 working days. After evaluation of your portfolio received in the early admission form the college will also contact you to inform you if your portfolio is approved. If, Portfolio is not approved your form will be transferred for the entrance exam. After getting your portfolio approved your personal interview will be conducted within the next 5 working days.

Admission offer letter is issued after clearing the personal interview via email for both the admission processes.

Components of the Admissions Process & how they are evaluated

ACAD Entrance Test Content The ACAD Entrance Exam will measuring various parameters such as General aptitude, creative aptitude & logical reasoning skills through a series of multiple choice questions. Sample question paper can be downloaded below.

  • Test Duration : 120 minutes
  • Mode : Online College Test Portal.
  • Medium : English or Hindi

Personal Interview: The interview is conducted via on-line video chat application. Any video chat application such skype,  etc. available to the student can be used. The Interview will be conducted by a member of the Admissions Committee. Interview can be conducted in either English or Hindi as per the student’s choice. The interview will focus on your career choices & their awareness, your career plans, choice of Artemisia College, family background, extra-curricular interests, etc.

Art Portfolio: Art Portfolio is optional. It can be scanned work of paintings / drawings / illustrations sketch-works / designs / photographs of models, sculpture / any electronic art work such as CGI, Animations, digital Illustrations, etc. Please do not submit more than 5 best works in each category. For e.g. 5 best paintings, 5 best Illustrations, 5 best Animations, etc. Please upload them while completing your On-line application. For physical work like paintings, sketches, models, sculptures, etc. clear photos clicked from mobile phone are also acceptable. Students facing issue to upload their work in the form can either email it to us at info@artemisiacollege.com or admission@artemisiacollege.com with their personal details or send on Whtsapp at +917389650220, +919039014377 after filling & paying for the form. Include your name, email address, phone number. The email address & phone numbers should be the same you have entered in the On-line Application for Admission. Email size should not be greater than 15 MB. If your work can be seen on youtube, or your own website, or through any other medium please share the link with us by emailing at admission@artemisiacollege.com. Include your name, email address, phone number in this email while sharing the link.

Based on the Result of the admission Test or your personal interview, you shall be intimated the final decision of the Admissions Committee & will receive the final admission letter via email.

You will have to deposit the non-refundable Admissions deposit within 7 days from the date of the admission letter to accept the Admission Offer and to reserve your seat. Your admission will be cancelled in case the deposit is not made and you seat will be allocated to the wait listed candidate. The Admission deposit will be part of the annual tuition fee. Admission Deposit will only be refunded in case the applicant is unable to pass class XII.

Wait-listed students will receive an Admission Offer in case of any cancellation of admission. The wait-listed students will receive this offer based on the merit-list of the wait-listed students.
