Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. The College is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.
Anti-Ragging Notice
Ragging is strictly prohibited within the premises of the College. Any student found indulging in ragging or abetting ragging shall be liable for disciplinary action as per the provisions of the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009 and amendments thereof. Ragging is a punishable offence under law.
What Constitutes Ragging?
- Physical abuse or harassment
- Verbal or psychological humiliation
- Forced activities or tasks
- Bullying or intimidation
- Online or social media harassment
Consequences of Ragging
- Suspension from classes
- Cancellation of admission
- Debarment from examinations
- Expulsion from the institution
- Legal action under applicable laws
Student Responsibilities
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Report incidents immediately
- Cooperate with investigations
- Promote a safe campus culture
- Support affected students
